This page helps you decide if you can benefit from purchasing one of the Royal Caribbean Drink Package or you rather go with the pay as you go method. Keep in mind that Royal Caribbean does not offer In Stateroom Bottle packages which are my personal favorite ones. I really think that you can save so much more money buying a bottle, and for those who don’t care for sweet drinks that is a good option to go for.
Here are the current prices for 2016.
- The ultimate package costs $69.62 per day per person. Enjoy virtually unlimited combinations on everything from cocktails with top-shelf spirits to premium teas and every beverage in between.
- The Premium package costs $57.82 per person per day. Your choices include premium cocktails, frozen drinks, beers, wines by the glass, non-alcoholic cocktails, juices and fountain soda with a free Coca-Cola® souvenir cup.
- The Select package costs $46.02 per day per person. Pay just one flat price and enjoy various beers, wines by the glass, plus non-alcoholic beverages for the duration of your cruise.

Another reminder is the Royal Caribbean drinking age for any cruise leaving out of the United States is 21. Even if the ship is docked on an island that the drinking age is 18, the drinking age of the ship itself maintains at 21. However you can get off the ship drink and then go back onboard.

Most of the royal Caribbean drink prices are very comparable to other cruise lines. I noticed a price increase since the last time I cruised with Royal Caribbean, but nothing horrible just about what I expected. Some of the drinks also changed and I can see now a much wider selection. Keep in mind that the beer selection is not all in here as there are bars in some Royal Caribbean ships that mainly serve beers. I have that list on my older web page, while it might be outdated.
